Each accommodated guest is obliged to comply with these operating accommodation regulations:

1. Upon arrival at the hotel, each person interested in accommodation is required to present their identity card (citizen card or passport) during registration. entitled to refuse accommodation to a guest in view of the Act on Local Fees for Czech Citizens and Act No. 314/2015 Coll. for foreign clients.At the moment of registration in the accommodation book, the guest becomes a hotel guest.

2. The hotel is only authorized to accommodate guests who have a valid accommodation reservation and register properly. An e-mail reservation is only valid after prior written confirmation by the hotel. The guest’s accommodation is defined during the reservation and the corresponding price is charged to the guest for this type of accommodation. Information on the prices of hotel services will be provided by the reception staff and is available on the websites of the booking portals. In exceptional cases, the hotel is entitled to offer the guest accommodation in a room other than the one ordered. However, this accommodation must not differ significantly from the one originally confirmed.

3. Unless otherwise agreed, the guest always pays for the accommodation upon moving in. Payment for services is possible in cash or by common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

4. The hotel is entitled to demand a cash deposit of CZK 1,000 per room upon the guest’s check-in. The deposit is fully refundable upon departure, if the guest properly hands over the room upon departure and does not cause damage to the hotel’s property. In the event that the guest causes damage to the hotel’s property through his actions, the resulting damage will be covered primarily from the deposited deposit. If the resulting damage is higher than the deposit, the guest is obliged to pay the difference to the hotel.

5. Accommodation may be refused to persons affected by infectious diseases, skin parasites, persons infested with insects and causing resistance, persons under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of narcotics.

6. Accommodation is provided from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. The guest must vacate the room no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure; if he does not do so, he will be charged for the next night’s stay. Guests must turn off the water taps and close the door when leaving the room. When checking out, the guest must hand in the card to the reception.

7. A continental breakfast based on a prior order is served in the hotel restaurant between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (it is possible to prepare breakfast earlier if requested by the guest in advance).

8. The hotel is not liable for damage to guests’ left or forgotten belongings. The hotel is not responsible for guests’ belongings or any financial sums stored in the room.

9. The guest is obliged to observe safety, fire prevention and hygiene regulations. Each guest is obliged to take care of the hotel’s facilities. Guests are not authorized to move any furniture and equipment and to make any interventions in the electrical network and facilities located in the rooms and in publicly accessible areas of the hotel. For damage, pollution or loss of equipment, the guest is obliged to pay a reasonable compensation determined by the hotel operator. Hotel employees are personally responsible for safe operation, therefore the guest is obliged to follow their instructions.

10. The guest is obliged to observe night silence between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

11. When registering the accommodation, the guest receives a card allowing entry to the room and the entrance door of the guesthouse. If the card is lost, a fee of CZK 100 will be charged.

12. Only the social areas of the hotel are intended for receiving visitors. Only accommodated guests have access to the accommodation area.

13. It is not allowed to use electrical appliances with the exception of appliances used for personal hygiene (e.g. shaver, hair dryer) and other personal items such as a laptop, camera, camera, etc.

14. Guests can use the wi-fi internet connection in the hotel reception free of charge.

15. Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult during the entire stay. Their legal representative bears full responsibility for any damage caused by children.

16. It is forbidden to take pets into the rooms and all areas of the hotel (with the exception of assistance dogs, and only after prior written agreement with the hotel).

17. In the event of a serious injury or illness, the guest will notify the employeehotel, which is obliged to provide first aid, or medical help. The guest pays the transfer and treatment fee himself.

18. Smoking and the use of candles and other flammable materials are prohibited in the entire building (with the exception of the restaurant garden). In case of non-compliance, we may charge you the amount of CZK 5,000.

19. It is prohibited to carry or keep weapons in all areas of the hotel.

20. It is not allowed to consume your own drinks and food in the hotel premises.

21. Persons with limited mobility and orientation and persons unable to move independently can only be accommodated in rooms No. 14 and 15, which are equipped for such a stay.

22. Guests are responsible for damages caused to hotel property. The guest pays for the damage caused by him, unless he can prove that he was not at fault. This claim of the hotel also applies to damage that is discovered only after the guest’s departure.

23. Guests are obliged to familiarize themselves with the operating accommodation regulations and comply with the provisions of these regulations. In the event of a demonstrable serious violation of the operating rules, the hotel operator has the right to cancel the guest’s accommodation even before the agreed period expires, without compensation.

24. The guest can resolve any complaints, wishes or requests with the hotel staff or the hotel management. The staff will make every effort to satisfy the guest’s wishes.

25. Information on handling personal data of guests: The company Chateau Goldenstein s.r.o., IČ: 19060483, with registered office at U invalidovny 549/5, Prague 8, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 and other legal regulations. The administrator processes data obtained primarily from the data subject and data obtained from third parties (e.g. accommodation portals, etc.) who are authorized to share the subject data with the administrator, when the administrator processes data from third parties only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contracts or legal obligations as defined below. Personal data in the scope of first and last name, date of arrival and departure, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address, date of birth may be processed for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the accommodation contract and for the purpose of exercising the Administrator’s rights arising from this contract. Personal data in the scope of first and last name, date of arrival and departure, residential address, purpose of stay, identity document number may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator’s obligations imposed on him by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees as amended. Personal data in the scope of first and last name, date of arrival and departure, residential address, date of birth, identity document number, citizenship, visa number and purpose of stay may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator’s obligations under Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of some laws as amended.

26. These operating accommodation regulations come into force on 1 October 2018.
